Caution, be sure to check the names of image files of your knowledge base does not contain special characters or accents.
Before submission, the directory of your knowledge base must be zipped as follows:

myZip.zip
      baseName/
            baseName.xpd
            baseName.xpx
            baseName.xpw
            baseName.xpr
            image/
                        _thumbnails/

"baseName" will be used as a name to reference your database, make sure to choose a string describing the most your base. Similarly no space, accent or special character will be accepted.

You must also submit the HTML export of your database, to have it use the Export option of Xper2 Software (File/Export/Html files). A directory web/ is then generated. you will just have to zip that directory:
