Description de Lu (1982) :
This genus is separated from Sigmasoma Schmidt by the veins M and Cu adnate for some distance near base, and it resembles Grypomachaerota Schmidt only with the discoidal cell of tegmen not more than 2x as long as wide,distinctly shorter than the greatest width of tegmen of the latter .
