Common name: crested servaline genet.
Synonyms: bini Rosevear, 1974.
Distribution: Cameroon, Nigeria; Gabon and Congo as potential zones of sympatry/intergradation with G. servalina.
Habitat: rain forest.
Sympatric species: G. maculata, G. "schoutedeni", P. richardsonii (G. servalina: uncertain).
